Dual 4440ic full conection+wiring +transformer
LA4440 Dual-channel audio power amplifier integrated circuit IC. The LA4440 is a very popular dual-channel audio amplifier that is often used to build high power audio amplifiers. IC is known for its high power, easy availability and affordable price which makes it popular
Home theatre and car amplifier systems that operate on 12 v dc. In this topic, we will learn how to build a high-power stereo audio amplifier using the LA4440 audio amplifier IC. The circuit has two "LA-4440" amplifiers ICs and will be able to drive two 80W speakers (40W + 40W) with volume, bass, and trouble control. Also, audio input for our amplifier board can be provided either directly from an audio jack or using "wireless Bluetooth" but Bluetooth to be installed externally.
Dual LA4440:
"Dual LA4440" is a 14+14 pin Linear Audio Amplifier IC. Can be used as an IC mono audio amplifier or as a stereo dual-channel audio amplifier. It has dual enabled modes, namely stereo mode, and bridge mode. The main difference between these two modes of configuration is in stereo mode. A single IC can run a maximum of 20 + 20W two speakers which mean only 40 watts of load but in bridge mode configuration you will get 40W audio output from one IC. For a speaker. So we need 2 ICs to make stereo and 2 copies of the same circuit which we will discuss in the circuit diagram section. Here, I configured the audio amplifier in pull mode to get 40 W + 40W powerful audio output. It is also known as 4440 double IC amplifier circuit as we have two ICs in our design.
Avoid noise problem:
∙ 1. The power supply in the heat sink normal GND is with negative terminals.
